Ive been fascinated by the Pinzgauer differential and independent suspension for some years now. Today i found this great video explaining it. Twice the job setting it up, twice the fun and probably twice as many problems. The good news is that you can bust one pinion and a ring gear but still keep going with the lockers engaged 
(theoreticaly that is..)

Hauk Designs lager noen vanvittig fine Jeep’er. Cleant og fint! Det er ikke mye Jeep igjen i drivverket, noen av modellene har Dana 60 foran og bak, og en 5,7 hemi åtter- det er noe for Risløkka trafikkstasjon!
I was planning to put a 1HDT in my 42, but for many reasons i will not go into i ended up with a 15B-F. The 15B-F is a 4.1 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine. Often found in the big Dyna trucks, and also used in the Mega Cruiser. My car currently has a 3B engine, which i turbo converted. I cant guarantee that any 15B-F is identical to mine, there is probably some variations out there- so i can only speak for my own 3B and 15B. My car is a 1981 BJ42, fours speed and left hand drive. There is probably some small modifications i forget to mention- i only write about the hard parts in this swap.
